Do you need to catch up on credits, so you are on track to graduate? If so, come join us at summer school (9th - 12th grade) @ the Red Lake Secondary Complex! Time: 8:00 AM-2:00 PM for Sessions III Dates: August 14th – 17th & 21st – 24th Some days will be longer if students are doing work outside of the classroom. Breakfast and lunch are served each day.

Red Lake Students have been enjoying their time at Ojibwe Language & Culture Camp!

Due to the lack of a quorum of the Red Lake School Board, the meeting originally scheduled for today, Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 2:00 pm has been postponed and rescheduled for Monday, July 24th at 2:00 pm.

There are no community meals at school available for students and community members Monday, July 3 - Friday, July 7th due to cleaning & holidays. Miigwech!

Summer Meals Update: Summer Meals for students and community members are available at Ponemah School and Red Lake Secondary Complex (no longer at RLEC). Meals are free for students and available for a small fee for community members. Breakfast is served from 7:30am-8:30am and Lunch is served from 11:30-12pm. Miigwech!

Update for community meals at Red Lake Schools - meals will no longer be available at RLEC. They will still be available at Red Lake Secondary Complex for both breakfast and lunch. Students eat free; community members will pay a small fee. Miigwech!

RLMS Summer School students on their field trip today (6/21) will be returning at 4:15 pm (instead of 3:30pm). Miigwech!

Reminder that Monday, June 19th Red Lake School District will be closed in honor of Juneteenth. There will not be summer school. Miigwech!

Community Summer Food Service Update: Free Meals for anyone 17 and younger Mondays through Thursdays is available at Ponemah School through June, and RLEC + RLSC through July. Mark your calendars: the Regular June School Board Meeting will be scheduled one week later than normal, taking place on Wednesday, June 28th at its usual time of 2:00pm .

Congratulations to all of our Quarter Four Honor Roll Students at Red Lake Secondary Complex!

We are still celebrating the amazing accomplishment of our 2023 graduates. Congratulations to Makoons Wakonabo, a 2023 graduate from RLHS! His future plans include going to a technical college for architecture or construction. One piece of advice that he has for younger students: "If you can believe in yourself, you can do it and graduate!" His favorite memory of being a student in Red Lake is coming to school with a smile on his face. Congratulations, Makoons!

Today is graduation day, and we are continuing to celebrate our graduating seniors! Meet graduating senior Delicia Roy. She plans to continue her education at Red Lake Nation College to get her generals done. Her advice to younger students: try your best in everything you do and never give up on your goals! Her favorite memory of being a student at Red Lake is her freshman year with all of her friends. Congratulations, Delicia!

As the countdown to graduation is on, we are celebrating our graduating senior Class of 2023! Meet graduating senior Adrianna Duque. She is looking forward to moving onto the next chapter of her life. Her advice for younger students: "genuinely be kind to yourself, and try your best to not be your own bully." The Unified Soccer Tournament took place in West Saint Paul today, and the Red Lake team took home 4th place! Congratulations!!
