Transportation Director for Red Lake School District, Parents please have your children ready and waiting five minutes before the bus arrives. If your kids miss the bus it will not turn around in order to keep on schedule. When the children are on the bus they must stay seated when the bus is in motion. If your children do not listen to the driver or bus monitor they will be written up and turned into the Principal. A lot of write-ups can lead to bus riding privileges being suspended and the parents will have to bring their children to school.

Did you know that there is an app available to track where your student's bus is? This is a great resource to use to know when your student's bus is picking them up, and where they are out on their routes to and from school. When you use Edulog's Parent Portal Lite mobile application, parents receive personalized and secure information about their child's bus trip to and from school. You no longer have to call transportation and ask questions like "Where is the bus?" or "Why is the bus late?". There's no need to worry if your kids are waiting for the bus in inclement weather, you can edit a custom alert zone to notify you when the bus is near the stop to minimize time spent waiting outside.
