Purpose & Outcome:
Focuses on student, family, and community engagement through the lenses of attendance, student self-efficacy, and resilience.

Responsible for providing advice to the district on programs and practices that improve student attendance, increase student self-efficacy, and promote individual and community resilience.

Oversees implementation of strategies and initiatives to bolster instructional strategies, programs, and practices designed to increase student engagement and improve student well-being.

Responsible for sharing the resiliency and suicide prevention efforts of the district in collaboration with Tribal and community agencies.
