The MN legislature funded through MN Department of Education, STARBASE Minnesota is able to provide our school’s entire 5th grade with STARBASE Minnesota “Destination Mars” STEM kit curriculum — free of charge— due to the generosity of their funders.

Mr. Donovan May and Mr. Wes’ Exploratory Class The students are learning about our 4 Sacred Mashkikiwan=Medicines (Asemaa=tobacco, giizhik=cedar, wiingashk=sweet grass, bashkodejiibik=sage) along with making themselves a medicine pouch/bag. The students really enjoy learning more about their Culture and Sacred items!
