Attention: If you have received a wireless Jet Pack (Hot Spot) from Red Lake Schools and it looks like the picture below please call 218-679-3353 EXT 1013 to set up an appointment to get it replaced. These Jet Packs have been recalled because of battery swelling that may cause fire risk. Red Lake Schools will be reaching out to the families that have received these devices but please schedule a swap as soon as possible. You will receive a replacement and the swap will will take about 10-15 minutes. You MUST bring the old Jet Pack back in order to receive the new replacement. If you have one now please take the battery out when not using and keep a close eye on it. If you have a Jet Pack that doesn't look exactly like the one below you can continue to use it at no risk.
