Your 2019 W-2 will be available online this year. On-line W-2's are available before the paper copy.

If you consent to receive your W-2 online, you will be able to print your 2019 Form W-2 when it becomes available, you will not have to wait for it to be distributed to you. 

If you do not consent, you will receive a paper copy as you have in the past.
